My opponents are calling stations. Haven't seen them raise PF yet. Is this river play too aggressive? Should I go for the overcall?

I would just call here.

When you have the best hand then most of the time you win the same whether you call or raise as the BB will normally overcall but fold to a 3 bet.

When you don't have the best hand then you lose more when you 3 bet.
