Be careful, you might be getting set up by a band of Hungarians. They do what is called "rope-a-dope" vere dey lose hundreds at small stakes then "rope" in da dope by getting him to play Pot-Limit-Oslo8 with Rolf Slotboom.

By the way, have you had MozartKugeln? The best ones are here in Salzberg made by "Furst."

Also, you must no dis, or you vill look like ugly Amerikan. When you eat wurstel, you hold viener in one hand and roll in other hand. You dip viener in senf, bite viener, bit roll. Rinse, repeat.

Only tourist put viener on roll.

How'd the tournament go? How'd austrian women hunting go? How'd travelling alone go?

It's a line in Dumb&Dumber, just watch the first 2 minutes, you'll get to see the joke and you'll probably be hooked for the rest of the movie. /images/graemlins/wink.gif /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I'm worried now. Is this the first time he's done this?

I'll bump.

I don't know if it's the first time travelling alone. But the idea of going on a holiday alone usually gets weird reactions. Going a different country for a week alone could either go both ways. I was curious.

I agree, very nice place. The 5/10 was a little tight but I still managed to eek out a small profit. See you in the tournament tomorrow.

Are you now my own stalking troll after i proved you wrong? I've always wanted one and been jealous of posters who've had one.

Playing 12 tables yet?.

I played some more 15/30 had a winning $2k day. 8 tabled $100 getting 600hands/hour of $100 NL, couldn't take that seriously, had a 30% VP$IP and a 15 PFR% up $900 for 2 hours. Played 1 table of $1k NL at prima today, that went breakeven for 2 hours.

Worked out that SD doesn't increase per 100 hands yet? And you don't need a larger bankroll to multitable?

Believe it or not, I admire anyone that has the persistence to keep back at it after a downswing of that size.

I figured that one. It seems I was wrong. Still my gut tells me playing 8 tables with a 1 table BR is riskier.

Good cards.

What tourney was there - something big?

I just got back a day ago from Austria - didn't know that other 2+2ers were there... not that I had time to gamble. Vienna is a beautiful city.

Not huge - EUR 1,450 for 18th place. Not quite upto Greg or gotmilk's performances but still pleasing from my point of view.

Suppose I better get cracking on the trip report then /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Hey I just won 4 euros in the William Hill freeroll - sweet!

Unfortunately euros aren't worth that much.

Depends where you're from - they're worth more than the US dollars which most people on here are used to dealing with.
