Time of Day to Play?

I am ready to move up to 2/4 limit HE on Party.

What is the best time of day to play for the softest games (highest ratio of fish)?

I would guess 8 pm to 4 am (Eastern time), am I close?

I find the 2/4 at Party soft from about midnight to 11:59 pm. I find it softest from 11p to 3a EST. Of course, your milage may vary.
