I would cap the river. BB probably has a flush or straight and thinks it's good. You're ahead of everything but AA and 99 (which are both pretty unlikely based on the pre-flop and flop action).

I dont think you have any reason at all to slow down here. Go ahead and cap that river.

I cap the river and I probably raise the turn. Even if he has the flush you have ten outs.
