Captain Cook's Bonus Account Logon

Can someone tell me how to logon to my bonus account at Captain Cook's so that I can play with my bonus? I tried logging on by changing the r on the end of the username to a b, but it's not letting me logon. Thanks.

You should get an email stating your bonus account was created and the email will also have a temporary password for the bonus account.

If you havent received this email, then you dont have a bonus account yet.

you just put a "b" in front of your account number i think.
