Which is the best way to cash out (outside US) !

Im from Sweden and I wonder how I cash out easy, quick and safe if i am from Sweden (Europe)? Is there a easy way to send money betwen difrent casinos? And is there something that I absolutly shall not do? I hope that there is someone with experience in this subject here that can help me..

I'm also from Sweden. I use Neteller (www.neteller.com) to transfer money to and from gambling sites (poker and casinos). When I have accumulated a larger sum, I have Neteller to send me a check to Sweden. That'll cost you about 150 SEK to cash in at a bank (I use SEB).
