I open-raise with KJo in MP, 15/30 6-handed, LAG clown in CO 3-bets, semi-LAG on Button CAPS, semi-LAG in BB cold calls, two back to me, easy fold or no?

p.s. Does your answer change if you knew that I'd turn the nut straight?

I would fold here for sure.

And my answer will change to call exactly if i'm totally sure that i will turn nut straight:-))

I too say it's an easy fold here, you're too easily dominated. Even if they're idiots, they could be 3 betting/capping KQ or AJ.

It's an easy call if I know I'm getting the straight, otherwise I'd fold.
Wait.... how would you know you got the straight unless you actually called? D'oh!

I fold here also. Too many ways for domination. My question is, what if you had something like 77? Is this a no-brain call in the same situation?

You would have to call with any pair just for the odds you're getting to flop a set.

Odds are really hurted by higher potential sets than yours available on preflop. Set on set - is a horror of loosing much money.

I don't think so.

This was discussed some time back and the odds of set-over-set are vanishingly small (I think it was something like x00:1? figures anyone?). Certainly, it happens, but not very often in my experience (maybe 3-4 times in the last 6 months).

A paired flop is something different, but this is PF....

Toss it. Next hand.

Odds to flop a set? I hope you are kidding. I would think with 77 or 66 you would be more interested in "no help" value from 4 overcards, which would make it closer to a fold. This fold really gets me, as it comes up quite a bit in the 10-20 (6max).

Nate, how do you rate my play in general? I have fun playing with 2+2ers. I hope you know what my screen name is. I'm a long time poster on these boards.
