So my 6max game became 3 handed, and the player to the right of me begins to employ the Sklansky "raise with anything" strategy. He'll raise preflop, and then autobet the flop, turn, and river. What is the optimal way to counteract this aggression?

Re-raise preflop on good hands and then autobet from flop to river /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Call marginal hands and fold if missed.
