why are stars' hand histories so GD slow to be sent?

My experience is that they are wildly inconsistent - sometimes it's instantly, sometimes I've actually missed some hands being downloaded because I ran over the limit waiting for the last one.

Beats me what the variable is....

Worse is that when you get knocked out of a tourney it is so quick to congratulate you.
