Why can't I access Netellers web page?

I want to open an account with Neteller but every time I try to access the page, it says it's unavailable. Where can I go to start up the account?

Well, I don't think that Neteller would block specific countrys. Must be your Internet provider then, check with them.

i can't use neteller because i am in maryland. however, it allows me to view the webpage. i just can't sign in anymore. so the block isn't coming from neteller.
