Party is stupid and does not automatically create new tables and direct the waiting players to it.

That's what the hell is going on.

I've sent them 2 emails and all they say is "we'll forward it to the management team."

Sigh.

Yeah sucks...not enough 5/10 fulls.
Sucks even more when you want to multi and have to join the wait list N times (for N tables < 4).

Yeah, I really hate the 5/10 tables at Party. There aren't enough of the 10 man tables and there's always a huge line. Additionally, the pot sizes aren't usually appreciably bigger than the 3/6 tables.

partypoker makes more money off of 6-max tables, so they list the 6-max first, and they don't open new full tables right away.

that's my slightly cynical take on the situation.
