I have K7. UTG folds. Jeff limps. MP limps. CO folds. Button and SB limp. I check.

Flop

757 (suits don't matter)

Checked around to me i bet 8. UTG folds. Jeff raises 10. Folded back to me.I raise 30. He goes all-in. I call. Jeff shows 57. I'm crippled. Did i play this wrong?

This one is possible to get away from.... but probably not a good idea unless you have incredible reading skills.

Before I finished reading your post, I was thining he had maybe A7 suited.... the kind of hand a lot of people limp with.

However... most players will probably play the same way whether they have 72 or 75 or 7A. Good players will only make this final reriase with 75, 77, or 7A in my opinion... could you really put him on one of those hands?

Either way, I dont think it was a bad play because 9 times out of 10 we are gonna see 78, 76, 7K etc... flopped over.... not to mention all the weaklings that are pushing here with either their A5 (laughable) or their over pair 88 through AA (still pretty laughable, but happens all the time).
