A few days ago I posted about a small 30 man tourney with a retarded structure. It was $25 + 2 rebuys. Blinds started out as 5% of your stack and doubled every 10 hands. It was even more retarded than I had thought. When we eclipsed the last level, we raised the blinds once more and played for 20 minutes + 4 hands and whomever had the most chips won. I'm not playing in it again; I really didn't like the structure.
However, this being my first tournament playing for real money (other than home games and online freerolls), I was happy to take first place. With no rebuys, I took home $648, -$40 for tip to the house.
