tourneys common amongst Party skins?

Awhile ago I heard a rumor that tourneys are unique to the individual Party skins, i.e. the players that I see at an Empire SNG are logged into Empire and not Party or Intertops. Is this true? Would be helpful in managing my player notes to know this for sure...

no that is definitely false. there is no way to tell, that i know of, what skin any given player you are playing against is using. i use Empire personally, and i have played against a buddy who was using party. so yeah, untrue rumor.
