So I can't use my credit card as they have blocked e-gaming sites.
I can't use Neteller, because I am in US, but not a US resident so my SSN doesnt show up in their records.

Same problem with Central Coin as I dont have a driver license?

Any ideas what to do?

Anybody can transfer me 50? I can pay through paypal if you want.

Suggestions welcome.

How can the person making a transfer make sure you arent 15 years old? Not too far fetched considering you dont have a drivers license.

I have a driver license in my home country, not in the US. I am an international student, staying in dorms, I dont need a car.
Scan my State ID and send you?
Passport?

If somebody is willing to trust me and transfer I would pay them for sure.

Driver's licence and passport has the same value as ID.

And if you want somebody to help you, you should offer to transfer first and receive after. It is only normal that you are the one who takes the risk as it is your request. At least I think so.

Ok, since Stars allows small transfers, I am at first willing to tranfer 15-20$ to somebody's account and he can transfer me that to Stars.
