i want to join this site and would like to arrange a decent rake refund with an affiliate

can anyone tell me about the affiliate program they run ? - could any affiliates who run a rake refund program let me know

Welcome to the forum.

I dont think you will get any offers. Because of the monthly "pay to play" bonus, $45 (give or take) is deducted from the affiliates share of revenue. If you are looking to do some monthly whoring it is unlikely that you will create much revenue for the affiliate. If you plan to play some serious hours there then it might be worth yours and the affiliates time.... but i dont really see a reason why anyone would be putting in serious hours there. Long story short... dont expect any PMs from people.
