pokeroom deposit question

I know this has probably been asked here already and I will probably get flamed for asking it. BUT

can you withdraw part of your deposit from poker room before you have cleared the bonus?

I like pokerroom bonuses and seem to do well there but $1000 in a pokerroom for a couple of weeks seems a bit excesive to me, I would like to withdraw $500 a couple of days into the bonus and leave the rest there.
