Especially with these notes on the button I would check-raise the flop to get it HU. I would lead every other street.

I think it would be close between checking and betting without any reads, but with your read on the button, this should be very easy to play...

Check-raise the flop, you will often be ahead when its checked to the button and you have to protect your hand.
