Playing 15/30 on Pacific Poker

I get dealt JJ in UTG +1

UTG fold, I raise, folded to the button who 3-bets, blinds fold, I call
This is only my second round at the table and the only hand I have seen this player showdown is AQo. He was a very tight player as well.

The flop comes 7 J Q suits are unimportant
I check and call

The turn is a K
I check, he bets, I raise, he 3-bets, I call

The river is a 7
I bet, he raises, I call

Anybody else check/raise the turn here or bet the river after getting three bet? Is capping on the river being a maniac in this situation? I wanted to get more out of him if I had the best hand and I played the hand like I had AK and thats the impression I wanted to give after the K came up on the turn.
This was also posted on another forum but I would like more opinions. Thanks.

You raised pre-flop and he three-bet you. You check-raised the turn and he three-bet you. On the river, the board is paired and there are three Broadway cards out. You bet and he raises you. Yes, I think capping the river would be maniacal because if this player is "tight", your Jacks are worthless.

Edit: Your SET of Jacks, just so you know I don't think you have an unimproved pair.
