When are u in the bubble??

In a SNG your in the bubble when there are 4 players left (top 3 get paid)

but what about multitable tournys when do you consider yourself to be "in" the bubble??

tourneys that pay top 10%?

I would consider the "bubble" to be when 20% of the group are left AND there are at least 5% of the original field in with less chips than me AND less that 10 big bets.

Is there a better definition of "bubble" i have missed?
