Through my first 13 keeping track of stats...Good, bad, average? Are my stats complete or should I be keeping track of something else? Is everything correct?

buy pokertracker and it will do all this and more for you.

You should be paying attention to other regular players and positional stats. It's a bit hard keeping track of this all yourself and PT is well worth the money.

Out of interest, how does poker tracker collect data, does it involve a lot of work from the end user or not?

To me, it is very minimal. You have to import the hand history data into Pokertracker. Supposedly if you have a POP-server email based the program can check these automatically. Since my hand histories go to my Yahoo account, I just copy and paste them into a word document and import. It is very easy to do. Pokertracker even checks to see if the hand has already been uploaded or not. Its a very good program.
