i am a strong supporter of the President, the war on Iraq, and the war on terror. However on issue of which I don't understand the President's inaction is that of putting in a 10 year mandotory increase in fuel efficiency of all cars/trucks/SUV's. This has nothing to do with the environment however I see no point in America being so dependant on OPEC nations most of which also harbor and support terrorist. I would suppport drilling in Alaska but it seems unreasonable to say we aren't going to reduce demand until we increase supply.
