I think they use targeted newsletters. Everyone gets one, but not all may get the same newsletter. For instance, some year ago I changed my screen name, and a friend of mine, who had me in his byddy list, got a note about my name change in his newsletter.

really??? that's pretty weird..i didnt know they would do that.

i suspect this bonus offer is on their web-site. i would go ahead and try getting the bonus egardless of whether you are getting the pop-up.

p.s. - try logging off and back on and see if the pop-up comes now.

It's not a pop-up or person specific bonus, when you start the Party software, it's in that Grey NewsBox they have that you usually click through to log-in. This one works for all. SWEET!
