I think I'd bet the flop and see what happens, and then check the turn, and then see what happens again. Not sure what this solid opponent would cap the pre-flop with, I actually think you are behind AA or maybe AK (but maybe I'm seeing monsters here) Seems like a slowplayed top set without the flop bet by him or top pair top kicker. I think I'd just call the 3-bet, but maybe I'm too soft too /images/graemlins/smile.gif
However, guessing by the title of the post I'm wrong and your hand is good. If he's not a solid player maybe he was a lower full house or he's just a crazy maniac.
