Checking the flop is fine HU, but I'd bet the turn just about all the time. Your river raise was pretty bad, your two pair was counterfeited, you are behind any King, any Queen.

I don't complete my SB HU, raise or fold. Take control of the hand preflop, and everything is much easier to play postflop.
