How am I supposed to play King-high here?

Party 5/10. Table just went from 6-handed to 4-handed, and I haven't had a chance to play with my main opponent, UTG, so far. He did a fair amount of raising pre-Flop in the 6-handed game but I didn't get to see any showdowns. The hand before, I was in the SB and 3-bet his Button raise with KJo; the Flop was Q87 and I bet and he folded. This hand I am the Button and he is UTG and he raises again. I have K /images/graemlins/heart.gif Q /images/graemlins/heart.gif and 3-bet. Loose SB who plays typically at these limits calls. BB folds. 3 to the Flop, 4.5bb.

Flop: T /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 8 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif 3 /images/graemlins/club.gif

SB checks, UTG bets. So what am I supposed to do here?

Either fold or raise.

I would raise and then bet the turn as well. If reraised here or on the turn, I would let it go (unless the turn helped me)
