View Full Version : Intertops Story of the Double Cashout

Hi all,

I recently received a double cashout from intertops. The withdraw showed twice. It was a decent sized withdraw, so at first I was pumped that I got the money twice.

However, I decided that I could not keep it and decided to tell them of their mistake.

Then the weirdest thing happened.

I sent several emails. Each was answered within a few minutes. Each was answered with an intelligent, coherent and sensible response.

Their customer service was very solid.

It was a very nice surprise to see customer service respond in this way as I am so used to poor to average service from the majority of sites.

They were even kind enought to credit me with a small bonus for my "troubles".

Anyway, just thought with the usual griping about customer service I would throw this one out there since it was a good one.

This probably only happens when you're giving them money.

Nice post. I'm glad your good dead was rewarded with a bonus.

They are scared of you. Its obvious Clint Eastwood still has allot of pull. If your name was Dirty Harry Callahan, you'd get a triple dip.

I am not sure that they only responded so quick because of the topic. They have been solid in the few other times that I have contacted them.

I just dont understand why people put up with Party.

I know that most just say that there are fishies. But they are at the skins as well. And the skins (intertops at least) has better support.

Well, they don't watch Spaghetti Westerns or American vigilante movies in India so they are not scared of Clint Eastwood. That explains why you get ignored, I am not sure where the skins are, but they sure know Clint means bitnet.

Heck - I tried to cash out from Intertops Sportsbook and after 3 tried they had to do it manually as the software would not take it.

Just wanted to give a differing viewpoint.

I had a problem with a few SNGs that I got kicked out of and talking to their customer service was like talking to a brick wall. They badgered me with answers that made no sense and didn't address my problem until I just gave up.
