Raise pre-flop.

The rest of the hand is good, including the river bet.

1. I don't know if raising PF would have won you this hand (will the BB make it 3 if you raise, and would UTG fold when it's two cold to him?), but if UTG sees this flop, you aren't winning. Still, that's no reason for not raising PF here.

2. The river bet is mandatory. UTG has shown nothing to indicate that you might be behind. Sure, QJ is a possibility, but so is QK or QT.

Other than the absence of a PF raise, well played all across.
