Bellagio 15/30 fairly new game... Im first to act ,2 off the dealer button, after all fold to me .Players behind me are all very weak tight except the BB who is unknown to me .My only info was he had just 3 bet me in a previously played hand against me with AJ off in late position after my UTG raise with 2 QQ's...anyway I have two black 44's.I raise ...was this a mistake??? Everyone folds to BB who calls.Flop is 2d5h6s .He checks I bet he calls.Turn is 10 .He checks I............ bet??.Should I have checked, this being a case of checking a hand that if beat has outs ?Or do I bet to try and protect if my hands is best?

It's not as bad as just limping in at this point, but folding is better.

Yes, I'm serious. In a typical game, I don't open raise from LMP with pocket 4's.
