better than the first ten, that fell for a loss of $40 [go 10+1].

But still not too good.
5 limit games, finishing
2nd once
4th twice (urgh)
6th twice

5 pot limit games finishing
2nd twice
5th once
6th twice

in the money 40% of the time
for an EV of $0! a breakeven 10, which i consider an improvement on the first 10, but still not representative.

the 2nds and 3rds are a shame, but i was always the favourite going into each hand, which i am reassured by.

My pokertracker stats say i've lost $47 playing limit SNG's, and i am loathe for it to stay red. should i keep dabbling in limits? i'm beginning to feel it's like a crapshoot, where you end up losing or winning a chunk of your stack with a small PP or AK. Yuck.

Here's to the next ten?

2nd three times out of 10 tourneys, that is in the money 30% of the time right? Or am I misreading something. FWIW, I'm having a similar experience at the 10+1s...I essentially broke even over the first 30 or 40, at which point I resolved to make some changes in my strategy/play. I've only played 15 since then, but at least the ROI is positive so far. Maybe I can jump in on this 100 sng scheme, using those 15 tourns as my first 15.
