OK, It finally happened to me.

My buttons dissapeared on PartyPoker. I thought you guys just had slow computers or internet connections or something when ya'll complained about it. But I have plenty fastest enough in both departments. My time to respond started counting down immediatley when the action was on me and it gradually dropped to after a couple of hands and then I had no buttons to click on. How do you fix this?

It happened to me once about 3 weeks ago. Once in many thousands of hands. Go figure.

Ok it keeps doing it and I've tried logging in and out and resetting my computer and it is still doing it. Does reinstalling do any good?

Cut your ISP connection. This lets the clocks reset.
