Hm. What table were you at? I was at table 7 in the early rounds. Seat 2. Then I got moved to tables 2 and 3 then 1.

Funny, I was at table 7 seat 1. Had the AK hand vs. the maniac and he spiked his 8 kicker on the river. I remember he made a comment that I should have gone all in w/ AsJs preflop and he wouldn't have called w/ his 7s4s.

Hey, so you were the one in the Dodgers cap? NIce to associate a name and face.

I ended up getting 2nd. All those crazy players didn't make the money.

Yeah, dodgers hat.

Wow...good job! Did you deal at the final table? How much did you win?

1st paid like 2500, 2nd paid 1700. We were about equal in chips when the other guy offered to split. But I felt I had an edge on him and I wanted to win.

Unfortunately later on, when I flopped trip jacks, he got a flush on the river so he won.

Well..congrats, I'm sure I'll see you there again. I'll be there tomorrow for the limit ( /images/graemlins/frown.gif) tourney, then to Colma for the best weekly tourney in the bay area (the NL $120+$100)

Later,

SossMan

Hm, how are the Colma tournies compared to Bay101. Today was my first Bay101 tourney. The staff seems pleasant.

Crowded. If you wanna go, you should be there at least an hour and a half prior to kickoff.

I only play the NL at Lucky chances...they're both pretty good...populated by the same school o' fish. I tend to do better in Colma, for some reason, though.
