O.K. Interesting idea.. instead of everyone venting about their bad beats in multiple threads (see alot of it already tonight) over the course of the weekend, why not start a thread entitled "Bad Beat Friday" every weekend where you can post your hand history with a short phrase afterwards? Kind of a "Get it off your chest, laugh, and move on" sort of thing /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I'll start with what I consider my worst bad beat EVER lol. If the thread is interesting enough, next Friday at 12:01 A.M. I will start off the thread with the week's worst bad beat for me, if the idea doesn't go off well - it'll slowly dwindle out..

Damn. Usually I hear the words "Worst beat ever" and I'm like "yeah whatever biatch" but this is one horrible beat I'm sorry man but at the same time happy to know there are people in this world that will make those calls.

You were only a 62/38 favorite on the flop, why not call? ( I'm kidding)

Hell, on the flop you were a 94/6 fav, and when the turn came roughly an 8/2.

That is a bad beat!.......he's a very lucky SOB.

At first I told myself noone else has ever had a beat that bad, eventually I realize they happen all the time. And yes Break Even, I couldn't agree more... many of times since then people have made such bluffs INTO me and cards haven't hit the board like that of course lol ... Hopefully the above scenario never occurs again haha.

but but but but, how does one get to the final 4 with this type of error? maybe he misread his hand and thought he paired the 9??

hard to believe he made it that far with a call like that. he certainly can't think he is crippled if he folds. he would still have had almost 700k with relatively small blinds to that stack.
