SB is a pretty solid player.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with K/images/graemlins/club.gif, Q/images/graemlins/club.gif.
UTG calls, Hero raises, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO calls, Button folds, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 2/images/graemlins/club.gif, 4/images/graemlins/spade.gif, K/images/graemlins/heart.gif (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, CO calls, SB raises, BB folds, UTG folds, Hero calls, CO calls.

Turn: (8 BB) 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif (3 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, CO folds, SB 3-bets, Hero calls.

Here's what I was thinking. SB hit top pair with something like KTs and wants to test the strength of his hand on the flop (CR). This is why I raised the turn. When he 3 bet I started thinking AK, but figured he would have 3 bet pf with that.

River: (14 BB) A/images/graemlins/club.gif (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 16 BB

Results in white below:
SB shows As Ks (two pair, aces and kings).
Hero shows Kc Qc (one pair, kings).
Outcome: SB wins 16 BB.
