card rooms north of San Fran?

I have enjoyed playing at Bay101 when in the San Jose area, but this coming trip I will be in San Rafael, north of San Fran.

Can anyone recommend a card room close by?

There's Sonoma Joe's in Petaluma(?) strictly low-limit. 3-6 and 6-12, I believe. Games are reportedly very soft.

Thanks for the info. I'll be about 25 miles from Petaluma, but if I have time some night that may be an easy trip to make.

Can anyone offer an opinion on the food there?

Despite being very busy at work, I did manage to find one night when I could make the trip north.

Games were on the loose, passive side. The dealers and floor people were very nice, as was the wait staff. Around 10 tables. The room is bare bones on the decor side. Could pass for any VFW post.

Nothing fancy on the food side, but I though the chicken fried steak was decent and the price was fine - that and a Sierra Nevada for $10.

If I'm in the neighborhood I would definitely go back, but I would not go out of my way to get there.
