Since their support had no answers for me and pretty much kept repeating the same thing without giving an answer, I figured i'd ask here and see what others think.
Here is a cut-n-paste from a chat with one of their live support...err can't say that...live chatters...i'll omit the name for the sake of integrity.

[Client:] I have a question about a NETeller deposit...

[Client:] Every other place I have ever used the Instacash option has only asked me for the last 4 numbers of my bank account. Why do you guys require the entire bank account number?
[xxxxxxx:] what do you mean, we guys?
[Client:] This is help chat for InterCasino Poker, yes?
[xxxxxxx:] yes. i mean what are you trying to do?
[Client:] I was going to make an Instacash deposit via NETeller, but am wondering why I need to put my full bank account number in when every other place only asks for the last 4 digits

[xxxxxxx:] Ok basically because NeTeller Instacash transfers money from your bank account to your playing account, we need to verify the account number. This is for secusrity purposes, as only one bank account is to be used per NeTeller account. Its for verification.
[Client:] This is off the NETeller website...
[Client:] You will be required to enter the following information when making a deposit:
[Client:] NETeller account ID
[Client:] NETeller Secure ID
[xxxxxxx:] I understand. but when you make a deposit we need to verify your details with NeTeller.
[Client:] The last 4 digits of your bank account number
[Client:] It specifically says in bold just the last 4 numbers...I am skeptical of giving my entire bank account number
[Client:] This is the only reason I am asking because this is the only place I have ever seen require more then the last 4 digits
[Client:] I guess the safe answer is to just not deposit using that function?

Not only was there a lot of pauses in there...some that made me keep typing until I received an answer...but to not know s hit on top of it all? Not even who they are and what their job is ([xxxxxxx:] what do you mean, we guys?). What kind of support is this and why no higher up to get some real support from?
Should I be afraid to put in my entire bank account number in this day and age or am I over-reacting and everything "should" be fine?
Was this a rare encounter with their support or should I just simply stay away to avoid future hassles?
