I think just calling him down after the cap on the flop is fine. He might have top two, or he might just be playing a hand like KJ or KT aggressively. Though it's not necessarily likely he has KQ, putting him on that hand is very reasonable. Unfortunate outcome.

Why arent you raising MP1's first bet on the flop?

TPTK rarely holds up when the action is capped though, I'd save 2 BB and fold on the turn unimproved.

player is semi-loose, and i thought i could raise him on the turn to secure an extra BB bet
