In the first situation, I believe your best case scenario is UTG calls and UTG+1 folds, and the 2nd best scenario is for no callers (assuming you currently have the best hand). UTG would be getting about 7-3 on calling your all-in, and if he has at best a four-flush or open-ender, you're fine with him making this call (I believe taking 7-3 odds here has negative EV for him). If UTG folds, UTG+1 is getting about 3.5-1 on calling, which is actually sufficient if he has 8 or 9 outs. I think you'd be rooting for UTG+1 to fold here with such a hand; however, even if he calls and hits on the turn, you have 4 outs to fill up. (Also, if he's on the flush draw, he has one less out than he thinks - the K/images/graemlins/spade.gif.)

I used pretty basic calculations for this, which I believe are correct. Heh, I don't feel like doing the math for the other situations though.
