Below are various hands that I thought would be interesting to get feedback on. I've been playing a ton of limit hold 'em and I just recently came back to PLO for what I expect will be a short stay before getting back to the limit climb. Be as harsh as possible, please.

#10 - I hate danglers.
7 - Why were you betting? 1/4 of your outs are counterfeited. I only like straights when they are made or when I am free-rolling with it and a flush draw.

Hand 1: Played perfectly.

Hand 2: Played well, I'd be tempted to raise the flop if I thought I had a chance of winning it right there.

Hand 3: I don't like the smoothcall on the flop. In a big-stacked game you may want to see a safe turn card before you commit, but I'd be happy on tinygamed partypoker to push as much as I could now.

Hand 4: Nicely played, although I hope you wouldn't play it that way if you didn't have the freeroll.

Hand 5: You could make an argument for checking the turn here, but I think if you are a strong aggressive player who is betting with a variety of hands here your bet is great. If you never slowplay and bet your draws you'll be impossible to read.

Hand 6: perfect

Hand 7 & 8: fine

Hand 9: In most games I wouldn't bet here, and if I did, I wouldn't call the raise. You have 5 safe cards and a number that may get you in trouble, or make it hard for you to bet. While I am not one of those players who say "never draw to non-nut hands in omaha", i DO SAY "never draw to a hand you're not willing to bet if it comes in."

Hand 10: Trips are tough to play in omaha, and I don't think i've figured out how to play it right yet, so I'll give no advice here.

Overall advice: The hands you are posting are preflop monsters, raise with them, build the pot. I generally raise with most hands I play, you do not have to raise the full pot, but a 3x sweetener never hurts.

Otherwise, post these hands in the PL forum and perhaps 1 or 2 hands at a time and you may get more detailed responses.

hands 1-4, 6, 8, 9 all look well-played.

hand 5, given the amount of money on the table, i check-raise the flop. the hand will be hard to play on a lot of turn cards, so get your money in and avoid second-guessing yourself.

hand 7, i'm hesitant to make this turn bet. the guy is obviously going to call and is clearly the favorite to win the pot, so why put more money in than you have to? it's not a big deal since he will usually bet himself anyway, but the bet just doesn't make much sense to me.

hand 10, i fold preflop. and if you're going to call the raise on the flop, you should bet all-in on the turn in case he's on a spade draw. it's not likely a preflop raiser has you beat on this board.

by the way, i agree with Acesover8s' advice about raising more preflop with your good hands, although with AAxx it is usually best to limp-reraise hoping to either see a cheap flop or get a ton of money in preflop. the real edge in PLO doesn't come from the odds on your preflop raise, but rather because it makes the opponents play badly, especially on party.

All fine imo, except...comments...

Hand 3 raise preflop usually - the pot or a sweetener. Doesn't hurt to get some extra in and mix it up with your AA type raises. But hell, jam the flop! What a disaster if a scary card came and one of the nut jobs bet you off your hand on the turn. You got all sissy-like in that one..!

Hand 5, you did it again! What are you waiting for; the scare card to come so you can fold to someone's bet..!? Get the crappy draws out of there and charge em now!! The stacks aren't deep - make em put it in now on the flop. [..am I being harsh enough.. /images/graemlins/wink.gif]

I don't know why others are scared about hand 7. Your play looked perfectly good as the cards and chips went down. Someone who gets itty bitty nervous cos they have SFA made with only one card to come is going to get abused.

#10, just fold preflop. KQT3ss in MP isn't much to brag about to your mother.

Raise more preflop. When you get good hands, make big pots; it helps the cards stick to other players hands too, for some reason.
