Earlier i made a post about folding an over pocket pair, with just unders on the board. Tell me if this was the right fold-
(i had just entered the table a few mins before, so no real reads on the players.)

This was a very bad fold. It is very unlikely that the preflop raiser has an 8. It is also unlikely he has KK or AA since he didn't cap preflop. Most likely you have him beat. Many players will riase a board like this with AK or AQ. It is possible the other player has an 8 but it is also possible he has a pocket pair and is raising to charge/push out the overcards he hopes you and the other player have. Depending on the players i would either call or cap this on the flop. With no real reads i say call this down unless the turn is an A or K and there is a bet and raise.

If you truly had only sat down at this table a few minutes before, I think many may question the wisdom of sitting at a 5/10 6-max with only $56 on the table.

You are a prime candidate for being run over ... exactly as may have happened here.

I sat down with 200, i lost with a set of aces if you must know, so i was short stacked.
