I've got Red AA in MP. One limper and I raise, CO calls, SB calls, BB check.
Flop [Js, 8h, 4s]
Checked to me and I bet, only the EP limper calls.
Turn [2s]
Limper bets....do I raise or call down with no reads on the limper....Now lets say I've seen him bet with nothing when a scary card falls.

Definately call down, we want him to bluff at the river again.

Since you are HU i don't think calling down is bad. If he is unpaired and doesnt have a spade or a straight draw ( a lot of 'ifs') then he can't win and you might get an extra bet on the river. You of course save yourself some chips when he does have a flush or some other better hand.
The presence of another player in the pot would probably swing this to a raise, but since you are heads up, I dont think either raising or calling makes that much difference. I guess it depends on what you want to do if he 3-bets. If he is so wild that he might 3-bet bluff or semi-bluff, calling is clearly the better play.
Against a player I had no read on, I'd just call down. Oh, and bet the river if he checks.
