No problems determining which forum I should be posting my paltry collection of 0.5/1 hands, but out of curiousity (and hopefully for future reference /images/graemlins/smile.gif) what limits are generally considered as Micro, Small Stakes, Mid & High?

I'm not sure, but I think Micro is under $1/2, Small is up to $5/10 and mid/high is, well, higher.

Post where you think it belongs - they'll redirect you if you're out of place.

I agree with letsrock. I don't think $6/12 would be out of place in small stakes as well, maybe it's a borderline.

That said, read other forums than micro as well. Small stakes has a lot of good info on pushing your game further that still applies at microlimits, while micro generally covers a lot of very basic concepts. At this time, I'm really only reading mid/high stakes for fun as some of the play at those limits gets very abstract when you compare it to micro and small. Still though, I love reading those hands posted at 40/80, 80/160 and 100/200 - and think to myself how scared I'd be throwing down $160 for one big bet right now. /images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I think most posters follow the following:

Micro is under 2-4
Small is 2-4 through 6-12
Mid/High is above 6/12

I'd go with under $1/2 for micro, $1/2 to $6/12 for SS, and above that for mid/high. No one's going to mind if you're slightly off plus I see the most hand histories in micro and SS so if you're posting those, post there.
