I raised PF and then folded PF

I'm UTG+1 with AQo, UTG limps, I raise, folded to the CO (no read) who 3 bets, the button caps(I would describe as a little on the loose side PF, but I havent seen him cap before), UTG folds.....I Think for a minute and then fold. Yay or nay? I figure I'm out of posistion against 2 hands that I really can't like.

on a side note I would have rivered the nut str8 if I had stayed in, Dunno what they had cuz the moron in the CO called down to the river and folded for 1 last bet.

If you're not comfortable playing AQo out of position preflop, then that's good enough reason to fold for me.
