Thought id share this.
Playing a little $6 SNG on Party. $6SNGS on Party are absolutely gravy, btw...
Anyways, i was down to 12 chips in CO with 6 players left. Blinds were 100-200. I fold til im UTG. Go all in. Yep, fear that call, huh? I win the next 3 to survive the blinds. Within an orbit/orbit 1/2, im up over 3000 chips and chip leader.
Ended up 2nd. Which i was more than happy to have.
Chip and a chair. Woo HOO!!!
Ive made some SNG comebacks, but nothing close to this.

So far Ive found it takes about 200 of em before i fully move up a level for me. About the same for others?
My worst streak was losing 12 in a row.
For some reason, winning is a beach on the $20. My nemesis limit for now. $30 seems easier, just too tight to play it more. That and there arent alot of $30 going on UB.
With the constant software freeze outs on UB, and the double/triple the player base on Party, ive thought about switching over. But mini-view is just so damn convenient.
Comments/thoughts?

For Party, they are. You're paying 20% juice. This is a sucker's bet.

You're right. I dont like the extra .50. However, i only started with $20 in my account that Party put in there. Not sure why they put it in there.
As soon as i get a roll up high enough, ill be on the $10 ones. Gotta grind a bit first.

so your telling this guy that with his 20.00 he should play one 10/1 sng because the players are worse? To hell with that he's got the right idea he may be paying a 20% premium but at least he gets 3 buyins compared to 1

Either way it's a ridiculous "bankroll." He needs to put some money in his account or not play. If he's going to put some money in, he should play the $10+1s.

i can't believe its worth your time to grind it out at the $6 sng's to try to build a roll (besides the allure of taking a free 20$ and turning it into a couple of thoasand of course). I would just put another 80$ in my account if i were you and start at the $11 level.

He really needs to go grind out at the .50/1 tables first before hitting up the SnGs with this bankroll.

Actually, it's not really worth it. Ive already turned the $.15 ( you read it right, that's 15 cents) into a couple thousand thing. It was a long process, but it's still growing. Fun to hang my hat on, though. Ive done it a couple times before, though not with 'that' little of start.
Im actually thinking of moving my UB roll over to Party. As much as i love the software on UB there just isnt the # of players nor available games as there are on Party. I just looked and there were over 33,000 players. About 4 times UBs. Plus it's much softer than UB.
I just have to figure out how to put multiple tables on one screen.
But who knows. Im still dinking with it. /images/graemlins/wink.gif

$20 is barely a single session roll for a $1 table. Doubt if ill grind on a dollar game ever again unless it's for kicks. Kind of like building a roll from $20 is for kicks.

Last week i was in exactly same i.e 5+1 on party, i was 2nd place with 5 left, the guy to my right had 10 left he ended up busting me out in 4th lol and went on to win, I never seen anything like it.
My best one was on Pacific a 10 handed everyone starts with 800, I was down to 20 with 3 left, the other 2 kept going in the pots, and thus tripling me up, it took 6 hands to get to chips lead, through there terrible play.
