WSOP schedule

I tried many times on stars to no avail. My brother, however, buys in to the $650 tourney, and wins it. I want to go and watch.

When, specifically, is the wsop NL tourney in vegas? PokerStars says may 22-28(friday). When does it end on friday? late? Could this year's massive pool run over?

When can I leave vegas, and when should i arrive? I don't want to show up until the 24th or 25th, he might be done by then, but i'll take the risk.

His first day will be Saturday the 22nd or Sunday the 23rd. Yes, the final table is on Friday the 28th. It can run pretty late. The final table starts at noon and will probably run past midnight.

If I were you I'd be there for Day One. It's going to be tough to make it to Day Two.

According to a post on rgp by the WSOP tournament director (http://tinyurl.com/2glmo), players can find out on May 19 whether they will play on day 1 (May 22) or day 2 (May 23). I'm not sure why you're worried about what time the final table ends on Friday. It depends of course on how fast the table plays. If you are going solely to see your brother play, maybe you could just schedule a flight out of Vegas for Thursday the 27th, because if your brother does happen to make the final table, I'm sure he wouldn't mind paying the change fee on your flight.

But if you're interested in watching the final table to completion (regardless of whether your brother is there), schedule your flight for Saturday May 29.
