I've read HPFAP and TOP. Should I go back and read Holdem Poker as well and what other books would you recommend?

It's going to take a long, long time and alot of table experience for all of the information in those two books to sink in.
Go practice...then study the books, then practice, then assess your weaknesses, then study. Repeat for about 4 years.

Positively Fifth Street is a fun read too.
