Hi,

Hand #1, raise the flop. There is a possible straight draw out there, and you might get more action in case someone has a strong K or two pair!

You can't help the result. Just shrug your shoulders, rebuy for $25, and play again. That's what I do!

Hand #2

I think I can fold this on the flop. You've shown strength by your pre-flop raise. So when your opponent is raising you here, he probably has AK or better himself. You only have KQ, so your call of his all-in is a bit dubious. For me, these laydowns are routine and save me tons of money.

BTW, I respectfully suggest not posting unfiltered hand histories because it may cause bad feelings and you don't want your opponents to have any sudden epiphanies. I just modify the incorrect modified data. Usually it takes a minute or two, but it's better that way.

Ok ric, here's my take on it...

1st hand: I'd probably pot raise him at this point. The large quantity of limpers along with the two face cards means that someone is likely to want to play... If there were less limpers, then I might think about getting tricky as the board is relatively drawless.

2nd hand: Hmm, this is player dependent, but my first inclination would be to fold. If he raises like that with a draw or at the drop of a hat then call, but generally people who show that much strength against the preflop raiser can beat one pair.
