99 preflop

Blinds are 75/150 and I have 1625. Average is around 3500 or so, so I'm hurting pretty bad.

UTG min-raises. I have 99 in MP. I am really not sure what my options are here. Is coldcalling even a possibility, or is this raise or fold? I decided to fold this time because I figured there was a good chance of slight favorite/big dog. What are other people doing here? And what would you do with AQo and TT in this situation?

fold.. min raise utg looks fishy to me, and the bet of 300 seems to big to call and hope to hit a set. wait for a better spot to put money in the pot.
