After no raise on the flop from a LAG spokesperson, is calling this down OK? Under normal conditions is the flop bet OK?

If the LAG isn't raising you on the flop he probably doesn't have an ace. I'd bet the turn and the river for value. However, if you have a read on the LAG that he'll always bet when checked to, check/calling here works fine too as it doesn't leave you open to being raised and bluffed out of the pot.
