This table was fairly passive. The only people I considered to be solid were out of the hand.

That's pretty much how I play pocket pairs from 7-J. I play for a set or all undercards. Either way I try to get the money in as a big favorite. People will often call if they have two overcards or were playing their Axs or Kxs which is fantastic especially if you can put them all in.

Well, the entire hand I was worried about someone re-raising me. It could have been a small set, a straight, or a higher overpair. I'm really curious about the bet/raise amounts on the flop/turn and the check on the river. If someone comes over the top of me, I think I'll have to lay this down. Looking over my thought process, I think it's rather weak but I'm not sure I see any other way of doing it right now.

I think your raise on the flop should be a bit more. Pot has 17 and you are only raising $9. I would make it atleast 15 or so.

On the turn you have the same issue. The pot is 50 and you are making a tiny raise to 7. You are giving overcards and straight draws an easy and cheap way to see the river. I would either just call the all-in or bet more than you did.

Good check on the river.

Preflop and flop are fine. You only need to raise enough on the flop to define others' hands and not get blown off yours because your raise is too small.

On the turn, all you want to do is get to the showdown. With the MP going all in for $1.75 what you want is to raise the minimum that will keep SB from coming over the top (and also get him to lay down a bad draw, like A7o). With the all in bet, your $7 looks like the milk run - pretty intimidating. A perfect opportunity for a blocking bet. Nicely done.
